Creating a better future in a time of major change
The semiconductor industry is growing rapidly as the current digital and green transformations (DX, GX) continue to accelerate. At SCREEN SPE Tech, we are also strongly aware of these changes as we pursue the development and production of equipment that will enable the widespread integration of advanced energy-saving devices. I believe that through this work, we are helping to shape a new and better future.
For those of us working in such an environment to grow individually, we need to maintain a flexible mindset without being constrained by conventional methods. This is how we can create the optimal solutions needed to meet the requirements of our customers, device manufacturers. It is also through these efforts that relationships of trust with our customers grow.
The strength to accept new challenges without hesitation
We are looking for people who can identify important work themselves and readily take on new challenges. Of course, many tasks are simply assigned to us but the key point here is not to just do the jobs we are given. It is essential to be aware of how we can pursue new and unconventional approaches and set high goals for the outcomes of our work.
Thanks to this personal initiative, each of us will be able to take a step toward shaping a better future. When taking on new work, we inevitably make mistakes, but this is nothing to fear. Repeating the same mistake is obviously not helpful but the experience of being wrong itself can lead to personal growth and also be a valuable lesson for our company.
Helping each other to enjoy fulfilling new experiences
Surviving and prospering in this ever-evolving industry is no easy task. I was more than 40 years old myself when I entered this field from a different industry. As you would expect, I was sometimes confused in the beginning. However, I was able to adapt quickly thanks to the help I received from people inside our company and the opportunities to grow through my work presented by our customers.
Everyone here is working toward a common goal and the way we help each other to achieve it is one of the strengths of our company. Even so, I am sure there will still be jobs that feel difficult. I hope you will be able to maintain a good balance between in and outside the company and enjoy new and rewarding experiences in both your work and private life.
